I tested two different phones on all four ports and then verified that the rate remained the same when i added a device on each port

So i concluded that it was the multi charger sadly and began the hunt for a new one

Thankfully this multi charger did not seem to mind the ipad and phone at the same time and produced a high amperage across both

In todays society of sell it and forget it this is crucial to me so i was really happy to see the year warranty
