Pros

Finely ground, organic. Very finely ground. I reall like this stuff, it just a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Of course the flavor is so nice i like a little pinch straight from the bag.

Pour the mixture into a pan, through a strainer, that is lined with cheesecloth. This is the best coconut i've tried, better flavour and consistency than the other brands.

Using this product for that purpose is easy, economical and fun. It lasts you quite a while. If you use it regularly, it's worth buying the 12-pack at a discount!

Cons

None of the mildly sweet, deliciously unique flavor of dried coconut is present here. The coconut was called finely shredded. This batch of coconut was spoiled.
