The quality is excellent and the porcelain is fine and white. Beautiful and matches the dinner ware set. Elegant and just the right size. Wanted something bigger without a handle for in the car.

The mug was smashed to pieces. A piece of the mug was found in a dumpster. The contents of the dumpster were found to be the contents of a mug.

It doesnt keep beverage hot for prolonged periods like a stainless travel mug but i only need it to stay warm for a 40 minute commute and for that it works great

The lid does stain on the inside but you only notice that when you take it off to wash it
