Obviously you have to treat them right as they are not microwave safe and should be hand washed if you ask me

I bought this faboulous china set less than a year ago and i am very sad to say the decorative lines have started disapear on one plate i was using more often which now show breaks in the line

Still i love the product but i doubt any complain will do since im in canada and i bought this through a canadian retailer and lenox does not accept any warranty registration made outside continental us
