A good amount of protein and fiber, along with a few miscellaneous vitamins. You're kind of flipping a coin whether the fiber bothers you or not. Not too sweet, very filling, can be a snack or a meal replacement.

This cookie is only a cinnamon cookie that crumbles apart. Also cookies were crushed because not properly packaged. Item says “16 grams of protein” but when cookies arrive says only whole cookie at 500 calories has 16 grams.

The taste is meh. It tastes like flour and protein powder. Usually i really like this flavor but this last box has a weird more menthol taste after each bite.

These are the kind of farts that fill the whole house with stench that doesn't dissipate, because you let one off about every 30 seconds. Insane pain to pass gas. They also cause severe indegestion. Did lenny and laxatives go to cheap ingredients?
