Pros

This one is light, protects very well and is breathable so it's great. It’s very lightweight and comfortable wearing under the hot sun. The sun protector works well to keep the sun off of your neck.

The only downside is that you have to hand wash it because of the brim of the hat. I have 2 jobs that keep me outside in the hawaii sun so this hat is perfect. Comes in several different colors. Great (if dumb looking) hat!

It has a drawstring so that it fits your head and stays there, even on a windy day. Its size is adjustable, and the chin strap keeps the hat in place even when i tilt my head to look up or down.

Cons

I'm a petite woman but this hat seems tiny on my head. The brim is not as wide and was folded, cannot straighten. Headband and top flimsy as a worn-out rope.

The material is flimsy and thin. Still have to put plenty of sunscreen on. The bill is so big and floppy with no real shape.

Construction inside is ugly, negligent. The worst part is the quality. Don't waste your money.

After one bad burn too many coupled with the fact that i dislike how oily sunscreen feels i decided to invest in a widebrimmed hat

Price was right and much cheaper than a lot of lookalikes sold elsewhere

Packaging/appearance

The downside was that once he needs to have it washed which is after every use it may not get washed in the time frame he needed it again
