Easy to use and good design and instructions. This was the best purchase that they had ever done. I highly recommend trying lena and if it doesn't work for you, i’m confident that they would look after you as they did me.

    I have a bladder prolapse and have found other cups cause pain but this one i could not feel at all

    Then i figured i had a high cervix so ordered one designed for that but it caused really bad cramping that i haven’t had since being a teenager i reckon my cervix wasn’t as high as previously thought so the cup was rubbing

    I have had one or two days where i just couldnt get it to fit 100 comfortably that could well have been down to me not fitting it correctly

    When it was clear the standard versions weren’t working they refunded me so i could buy the sensitive version and when i didn’t get on with the sensitive version they sent me another refund so i can try the menstrual disc instead
