Pros
This is the best menstrual cup i’ve had. As long as you clean and take care of personal hygiene whilst inserting/removing it's amazing. I have a low * and it sits inside all my cups as it is dangly.
No leaks - what a game changer. This is softer but stays in place. I also have the coil fitted and have had no problems with that either.

The packaging is nice and the bag is good quality. I was very happy with the colour as it was bright and vibrant. Shape is perfect, colour is lovely.
Cons
It drives me crazy and when i'm irritated it really makes things worse. Not just a little leak - a lot. It is too thick to bend enough to be able to insert comfortably.

I struggled the first couple of times removing the cup but that was purely because it was the first few times of trying

Unfortunately though my periods were too heavy for the small cup as i had to keep on emptying it every 23 hours so i emailed the lena team and asked if it were possible to ship me the larger cup as i was leaking with the small cup
