This is a dinky little charger in which the sony np-bx1 battery fits perfectly. Works ok; charges sony nbx1 batteries, but a little pricey considering no batteries are included in the package.
The one i'm reviewing is cheap and very usefull! Inexpensive. This one is cheaper, too.
Cons
A usb charger (dcp type, if you are an engineer), this charger never draws more than 480ma.

But this charger fully charged my battery 1640 mah in 1 hour and a half and notifies me with the green light that its fully charged
Competitiveness
It charged my camers battery fairly quickly
Bought this charger for my sony dcr sr35 which has the np fh40 battery
Thats why i began looking for a generic alternative
Personally i prefer plugging into a usb 2 supply because it has a lower current than usb3

I buy duracell lithium batterys for my sony camcorder and when i charge those batterys on the camera the camera light doesnt turn green to notify me that the battery is fully charged

Ive had this product for less than two years and it is stating to let go on me put a flat battery in and it doesnt recognize it unless you unplug and replug and when you unplug the green light indicate either mains electricity or a charged battery now somehow manages to stay on irrespective

Ok i had left it connected all the time maybe you are only supposed to plug it in when using it
