I think they recommend hand washing but my husband sticks them in with the general wash so far so good
The only other thing is if the quality of the material was slightly thick
Lovely quality very generous in size probably could have gone for a size smaller

I would definitely say order a size up from your normal tshirt size
Im a 34d now and bought large and medium
Very comfortable i use it for yoga but not for running as it doesn’t provide enough support i am a 34d

Larger bra sizes that are unwired dont work for me so i wanted something more like a crop topsports bra but didnt want it to be tight across my chest
