Pros

Lem is a reputable company. They're plenty durable with no real breakage issues for us. Will definitely buy again.

Worked great and very edible. Smoked up real nice in my *. Not tough to eat. Nice and crisp.

Easy to use dry - no soaking, no gooeyness. We make a south african boereowrs (farmers sausage) and were looking for a non-hog casing. I remove casing before cooking the sausage anyway.

Cons

Cooked some of the brats at 200 degrees, low and slow. Had to peel the brat to eat them. Not so with italian sausage.
