Pros

It makes 4 1/4 patties. Easy to adjust for thickness. Worked best when putting a cellophane piece long enough to wrap entire burger patty on bottom.

Easy peasy. Works great. Makes great pressed burgers. Very good durable product.

Take apart wash, reassemble. Easy to use, easy to adjust and easy to clean. One last thing, is the gap on the inside of top thickness adjuster.

Cons

It's the same cast aluminum burger press marketed by many others, with the lem logo slapped on it. The casting is awful. Sharp edges, molding seams, and rough finish.

Does not evenly distribute pressure to the entire patty, difficult to remove the patty without destroying it. Needed a knife to peel the patties off.

First time use i did not line the press with waxparchment paper and the burger was not easily removed from the form

Apply olive oil on all threadsnut cap and stem and it will screw and unscrew smoothly

Price

The price was great it is light and very easy to use and makes the perfect hamburger every time

This has made us plenty of burgers to feed our family of 6 and beats buying the pre made patties at a higher cost

They are actually cheap since you get 1000 in a box

So the 10 lb log paid for the press
