Pros

The sheep casing is the best. There was no foul odor to the casings.

As they have and excellent snap. High quality. But again, outstanding quality. I rarely write feedbacks but this one is a must.

They're also hard to slide onto the stuffer, but they do fit. Made perfect breakfast sausage 1st try. This sheep casing is perfect for my type of sausage.

Droe wors is now in my outdoor dryer (108f and <5% humidity) so far the latest batch appears to be as good as one might find in south africa. No kudu, springbok or ostrich at my local supermarket.

Cons

This smell is only behind that of a deer i gut shot 20 years ago. Free return is not free as ups store clerk charged for packing? Lem is a reputable vendor, but we received these less than 2 weeks ago.
