Pros

These are great. They're pliable, durable and a great size for small sandwich applications. Never disappointed with any purchases from this company. Always pleased with product.

Most people start off hesitant about home made meat, but get a couple drinks in them and the entire tray disappears. Comes in a nice quality zipper bag. Makes an excellent baseball bat when the sausage is done drying.

Cons

The bags smell bad when you open the packaging the smell hits you (more like a trash bag smell) they don't provide an easy way to close them, they don't even provide strings/ropes, so you have to go look for something to tie the bag with. You can't ti... Read More

I like vaccum sealing mine in little chubs but i’m very happy with these casings

They are not smoke permeable and i do cook them slow on the smoker but there is no smoke flavor inside the casing
