When i make meatballs always make 5 pounds. Made 15lbs of sausage so far and plenty more to come.

It's defiantly not one of those things you need, but it's very nice to have! A sturdy product. Heavy gauge metal.

Cons

Very poorly made and poor craftsmanship. Very messy to pull the inner mechanism out and get your meat out. When you get serious about sausage or at even for a hobby the quality and customer service from lem is poor.
