The instructions as to texture are spot-on. Now service. The instructions are clear. Read the instruction. The first tip is to read the instructions.

Easy to use and easy to dismantle to clean. Assembling and disassemly is quite easy.

My experience having used a hand crank machine comes in handy.

Fresh homemade pasta is so much better than dried store-bought! Once you perfect the dough and make the noodles, they are amazing!

The lello is very sensitive to having the flour mixture the exactly correct walnut size


1st lets get the negative comments out of the waythe directions are pretty clear but the pictures are poor quality and hard to see


Near the end when the hopper is empty i had to manually move bits of dough into the screwfeeder but otherwise it worked well

I purchased this product at home after using an older simac machine for many years


I cut into 6inch pieces for the first pound then into 12inch pieces for later use

    Others if not pefectly lined up well shatter apart when if you arent diet concerned the pasta does need about one half teaspoon salt per pound of pasta
