The black lenses are definitely harder to see through but i had them around my neck instead anyway

You will have no peripheral vision so dont wear them while driving or crossing a street

Each lens is individually wrapped the straps are able to be adjusted and the lenses are easy to change out the tops unscrew so you can take out the black lenses or the clear ones whichever you prefer for whatever look youre going for
