Pros

The mat works really well if you realize it's not meant to replace a bamboo mat. Great alternative to a traditional bamboo mat (much more durable, dishwasher safe).

Used this to make ridged pasta. I personally want to save anyone from that disgust, and gosh darn try this one, cuz its easy to wash, and doesnt make yu peuk!

Cons

The mat is too flimsy and feels too lite compared to a bamboo one. It does not have the firmness that a bamboo mat has. It is not stiff enough for professional use.
