Pros
The stainless steel and silicone design is not just durable but also easy to clean. I try to be as detailed as possible with my feedback so that prospective buyers have a more complete "view" of the product.
This keeps a ton of hair from going down the drain and clogging the drain. Drano is a regular shopping list item as hair clogs are frequent in my household. It was not moldy until year 4.
Silicone ring fits snugly in place. Rubber/silicone edging keeps it from slipping.
I wear very expensive earrings that i never take off and one popped off in the shower recently.
Cons
The claim that it will stay in place is incorrect. This has zero suction power. It barely catches anything, quite expensive for what it is.

It was a great value and functioned perfectly as a drain screen
For the price if it lasts as long as the last one im happy

This didnt work for me as well as it did other reviewers i noticed it let quite a bit of hair slip by and then i had to remove it from under this catcher as well as the hair over it

I will probably use it for my kitchen sink because it does stay in place and does catch things when hit with water from above but not really from the sides or if the tub is curved

I just need to be careful not to step in the middle of it because it concaves in and then it moves around too much

Over time hair and other bits of matter can get stuck in your drain causing a nasty back up and often a visit from the plumber
