Lacking video or live view its a more purist camera that really replaces the original leica m9 in my opinion

With a larger lcd screen and excellent 24mp full frame sensor redesigned and quieter shutter cocking mechanism in many ways this camera is the m9 that many wanted from the outset

The lack of a viewfinder bright line window is something ill miss aestheticallytraditionally but the new electronic led frame line illumination system works better however it requires power whereas the former does not

Of all the bodies out there right now i chose the typ262 because i didnt want the distraction of live view or video ive got plenty of cameras for that
