I needed the ground port at the top of the plug with the wiring going down to the ground

The plug can actually rotate like you can have it upright or upside down before you secure it into its housing then it’s like that for good unless you take out the center screw

So you could have the cord sticking out sideways at 90 45 180 degrees

I really cranked down on those screws inside that secure the wires and the ones that secure the plug section as well as the two that clamp down on the conduit piece
