Well dosed, high quality, excellent source of omega 3s. Vit e is an anti oxidant that speficially prevents poly unsaturated fatty acids (pufas) from breaking down.

I appreciate that legion goes to great lengths to manufacture high quality products. The people that work there are reliable and answer my e-mails and questions about products promptly. A loyal customer.

Cons

I read your answer in the description and frankly, it disturbs me. It is absolutely unacceptable that this contains carrageenan. Not only does it cause intestinal irritation, it's a suspected carcinogen.
