I take this after my gym sessions and it helps me with recovery. This is incredible for muscle soreness. You will not regret buying this!

Tastes yummy and not chunky or chalky. It was unopened, as in the plastic cover sealing it was still in tact. My favorite flavor is the watermelon, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is great, too.

It still takes quite a bit of water, but it does not leave powder at the bottom of the shaker like previous products i've used. The only negative i can say is that if you're using a blender bottle, you have to give it a good shake before drinking it. ... Read More
