Well im here to tell you that the manufacturer listened my bed frame arrived in a cardboard box that was plastic shrinkwrapped ensuring that the admittedly flimsy cardboard stayed together and nothing was lost

When it arrived the new one looked almost identical to the old and i was concerned it would have the same problem

Im sure if i didnt get all the parts i might have been pissed but that was not the case
