Quality

It gives you an more loud sound than what you would play on a wooden reed i live the quality and hopefully it lasts me forever

It is so easy to use and the sound quality is really good

Im pretty frustrated with the reed reed so i gave the synthetic version a try and there is no going back

50 jazz reed before and so i went with the legere american cut 2

Price

I suppose this makes the price increase worth it

The price seems a bit high the highest price reed that legere offers

Packaging/appearance

However they have finally improved the packaging so the reed cannot bend or become warped during storage and transport

Competitiveness

Compared to vandoren 3s i must say i am impressed

This is paired with a vandoren al3 optimum mouthpiece and vandoren optimum ligature

So if you normally play on a 3 cane reed like a vandoren you would need to only go down to a 2
