Of course not as light as those shrinking hoses but i have yet to find one of those that last have gone thru at least 6 of them the past 2 yrsso needed a better solution and this hose appears to be it

The intended purpose of the hose itself and fittings are great but the very ugly black printing runs the entire length of the hose

This hose is a billboard

The plastic guardsleeve caused the hose to pinchkink when rolled up because it does not bend any and so the hose was bent more to make up the difference

If you turn the water on before taking off across your yardit does not seem to kink
