Pros
Vive leg lifter strap is a must have after knee replacement surgery. Easily assists in lifting your leg in/out of car, or bed. The rigidity even alleviates the pain that i had when people lifted my leg.
Cons
Product is terrible. The shaft on this leg lifter was folded up in two places for shipping. The seams are open and need to be closed up. It is far too much hassle for me to return.
The so-called rigid rod is hard to straighten iand the hand grip is difficult to hold firmly. Then expanding the foot hoop proved even more difficult.
This is not anything like the lifting straps used anywhere i have been in the hospital or at physical therapy centers. Yes this item is sturdy but not manageable at all for the elderly or not so strong individual.
