Comes with a zippered soft case cover. The cover is soft and silky smooth. Removable cover for easy cleaning.

The pillow is very comfortable on my legs and feet and very well made. I use it on the coffee table when i’m sitting on the sofa and it creates a lounger for me. Awaiting knee surgery and have sciatic nerve issues.

The price is better than the competitors and the quality is very good. Very pleased.

Memory foam conforms to my legs. I wish the memory foam indented a little more tomy legs. Only problem with this item is the piling.
