Pros

Helps curb appetite until lunch time. Works, helps cognition. Bonus is that it helps get you a good clean out! The energy is awesome another bonus.

Comparable to the pricier c8-only mct oils. This specific brand of mct was recommended by my chiropractor. It is a little pricey.

Cons

Mct oil is supposed to be refined coconut oil. Nowhere on the actual bottle is the product labeled organic as it would have to be to be truly organic. Label does not list carbs just says priority blend.
