The item came within a few days (on prime) wrapped in plastic in a box and did not have any white dust as some have stated.

I did lay on the mattress for a bit to see how it felt and it is firm, so if you are looking for a pillow top that is like memory foam this is not the right product.

The only thing i wish is that it would come in some sort of bag (perhaps zippered or twisted closed) that could be used later for storage, but it is shipped in pretty thin plastic (mine ripped a little during delivery).
