Serta mattress is firmer than lucido. Firmness rating is as it shows on web sites, i guess. We've had the king sized leesa for a year.

It's easy to setup and very comfortable. And spacious :). The customer service are easy to reach via email and respond quickly. The mattress is extremely comfortable and form fitting. Still highly recommended.

Our mattress was delivered only 3 days after ordering. The only negative about this mattress is the inability to wash the cover in the washing machine.

After an hour in the mattress it's a sunken hole. No edge support the bed just collapses at the sides. The mold is on the underside of the mattress.

I am pretty disgusted with leesa's lack of effort to make this right. Does not last. But it stinks. Gassy smell for literally 6 weeks.

Terrible customer service, useless warranty. Planned obsolescence. Nowhere on leesa's website does it say i am obligated to use only a certain type of structure lest i void my warranty.
