Pros

Firm yet soft and cooling. Is definitely cooling though. On the cooling side it did have a slight odor but that has long since dissipated.

This pillow is incredible. Highly recommend. Purchased several for myself and family.

The lofty cell side allows for my head to sink a little lower without effecting the support for my neck. This fluffs the cells and restores the loft and support. It's very supportive, no matter the position you lay in.

Cons

This overpriced maxi pad is not designed with cool restful sleep in mind. The odor is so terrible even after letting it air out for several weeks. The website mentions a 100 day return but then further down says that's for mattresses and it’s only a 3... Read More
