Pros & Cons
Pros
I use the smallest one for shoulder rehab exercises. Now using them for things like resistance band deadlifts as well. Best way to workout and really target muscles unlike before.
Cons
The purple band snapped under normal (fairly light) load. After two weeks and only using 5-6 times the cord with the least resistance is starting to tear. Regular wear and tear are subjective.
Highlights
Quality
With the different strengths i can get a workout or use them for a warm up
Great quality and comes with a back to keep organized
But for arm exercises where you grip with the hands this could be an issue for some
I am sure that i could tow a car with the heaviest one lol
Price
Well made and you cant beat the price
Competitiveness
The leekey resistance band set is a gamechanger for my workouts
These are just what i needed to work on assisted pullups on a door pullup bar
Cant imagine how much better the significantly more expensive brands can be
