I use them for working out in they are very comfortable with the added bonus of a steel toe cap just in case i drop a weight on my foot
Poor quality materials do not last long

At first was very tight but after 1 hour of walking around they have loosened up

I had given them five stars first when i purchased but after 8 months i noticed tht the sole had worn out and i could c the metal plate inside

Unfortunately they font have steel under it and thats bad surprise
