The light is as intense as needed, and the battery charge lasts for long. It is handy for the middle of the night trips to the bathroom. This light is a life saver!
The adjustable arms are perfect for this. It is lightweight and has not caused any neck pain. I don't find it overly heavy on my neck, it’s more like a stiff scarf.

I like the idea of the velcro strap which would be useful if i were moving around a lot but its not attached to the lamp in any way so i have already lost it

They are lightweight but if laying flat the back pinches my neck and im constantly rearranging
