When i turn on the lights they dont light up at the same time

Although the filaments look yellow when they are off when on they look exactly like regular filaments

This bulb also hides all of the electronics in the base so it really is indistinguishable from an incandescent when on and quite reasonable appearing when off the yellow filaments give it away that it isnt an incandescent when off
