Pros
The installation is super easy with two screws each install. The quality is top notch and the brightness of the lighting wonderful. The instructions were a little light but you can figure it out. Easy to install with clear directions.
It’s intrinsically dimmable. It gives you three choices of lighting variance by sliding a switch. It works well and light up the area very nicely.
Natural white color is a bit brighter than either the warm white or cool white temperatures, but seeing as i like natural white the best, that's fine with me. High bright setting is very bright. Color temp setting is also very nice and easy on the eye... Read More
Nice undercounted light but a bit pricey. These lights do a beautiful job of bringing out the rust colors in them. Swapped this for an existing halogen light.
Cons
Poor led fixture. Poor design and possibly fire hazard. What i know is a problem involves the dimming feature.

These leds produce very little heat and lots of light and use very little elect
Price
This is a great deal and it looks sleek and modern as well
They are very expensive for sure but if they fit your budget i highly recommend them
I shouldnt have to do that at the high cost of these units
Packaging/appearance
Every box comes with ability to install wired or plug in
The good news is that i found the packaging great and the light itself worked nicely though all the 6 settings
The 9 inch ones are packed to the gills will wires
Competitiveness
I got this light to replace a zeon light of the same dimensions and i like this one much better
A little more money that competitors but it was well worth the expense for units this good
Unlike less expensive led fixtures these are metal not plastic

There is also a button by which you can change the tone of the white light yellowish white or blueish white

This light is very flush under the cabinet so if you were to look directly at the cabinet you could not see the unit

Only allowing the entrance of the power wires on one side made the installation a lot trickier
