Great torch overall and very satisfied with everything. Good communication from amazon seller as well. Packaging is good, easy to operate.
The torch itself is black aluminium with a wide-telescopic head. Heavy torch is sized to fit your hand as a defensive weapon.
V to 2. V is 4*1. V in the first 120min, which then triggers as *** for another 100mins or so down to around 3.
Cons
Torch is flimsy in design, pieces are loose, beam is average. The fact that amazon de facto endorses it is even worse.

This torch was just a couple of dollars more than one 18650 battery and more convenient as it doesnt need a charger
