Pros

Even when i don't really need a bunch of light, i still usually turn it on because it really does brighten everything. The switch to turn on the light is basically a touch-sensor, which was a little weird at first since there is no depress or feeling ...  Read More

Cons

For a cosmetic light it is not even close to bright enough. Takes 4 aaa and therefore the light is super dim. Dislike the brightness very dim blueish.

The magnifying side of the mirror grossly distorts the area of my face i want to see. The battery compartment cover is impossible to open.

The magnification is so so. Unless you are dead center on the 10x, the distortion is awful. The batteries life on good batteries maybe 3 wks.

I don’t need 6 different views of myself, just the normal view and flip, the magnification view.

Light needs to improve, looks bright but it is not.

The switch to turn on the light is basically a touch-sensor, which was a little weird at first since there is no depress or feeling of touching a button, but i like it now because i feel like it will be more durable over time (not having to constantly push on one edge of the mirror) since you just have to tap the button lightly or gloss your fingertip over it and the light responds immediately.

Either the metal is very thin or its just metal coated plastic, but either way when taking the mirror surfaces apart (to put in or change the batteries) it feels very flimsy and like the whole thing could snap in half.
