Pros

This light is very bright and fills the whole room with light. It is brighter than the recessed led lights i replaced this with.

Great light output, even and excellent brightness. Very noticeable improvement in the lighting. This looks clean and sleek. Perfect brightness for me.

Cons

Quality of the light is sickly. The unit refuses to pull up flush to the ceiling. Poor ceiling bracket design. Weak, unstable, not flush.

That’s not a fault with the fixture itself

And our dimmer switch works perfect with these

I took the new springs off and replaced them with the old springs from the original lights

Overall i would probably still buy these lights again with the understanding the retrofit kit as is is garbage

The light is bright and matches the other 5000k leds throughout the house

I bought a 2nd unit for my other room

1 light enough to lite up a 6x8 bathroom

First i used a plier to adjust the bracket so the light panel would easily slide on and lock in securely
