Pedestrian safety is essential where i live an exurban area where cozy relationships between the local government and developers have allowed too much subdividing with no requirement to improve formerly rural roads with sidewalks as harried commuters regularly disregard posted speed limits while forgetting that pedestrians and cyclists are also entitled to a portion of the road

The light is controlled by pressing a button close to the belt buckle once turns on led twice gives a slow flash thrice causes a rapid flash press again to turn off
