Glow necklace is rechargeable and comes with a usb cable. Charges easily and i just plug it into my computer via the included usb and it takes maybe 15-30 minutes?

This collar has been a godsend! This shows me where he's making mischief so when i'm searching for a waste bag, i don't lose him. We live on a moderately busy street.
Great price and durable. Works great. It's really fabulous. Hopefully this makes sense.
Cons
The usb charger cap falls off and disappears. The battery quickly loses its ability to recharge. After a few months, a recharge was required every other night just to produce a dull glow. The blue one is not so easy to see at dusk and night.

Cons the charging ports do seem to get worn out after repeating exposure to rain

The collars do have a little flap that is supposed to cover the ports but those wear off pretty quickly hence the rain getting into the ports

I will say that one of my dogs found the flashing lights intolerable and would get the collar off if it was on the flashing setting

The charging time is not too long had too charge after each use

We cut it to fit and just slip it over her head when it’s time to go out and take it off when she comes in
