Initially i bought this for the fan sound however the fan noise sounds like something out of silent hill not sure if this is a defect or how its supposed to be

The speaker is really loud the sound doesnt loop you can choose between many types of noise

My wife still turns on the fan for white noise as she doesnt like the machine even though it sounds the same
