Seems to be a little bit effective. Ordered towards the end of august 2017. That's when i found out it's apparently only good for about four months because it had an expiration date of january 2018.

I also found this supplement very easy to take easy on my stomach with no untoward effects doesnt taste great and even though its in capsules you cant help but taste it but thats about it

Pepsin is the cause of a particularly bad form of reflux known as silent reflux which is difficult to diagnose because it mimics other issues like sinusitis

Evidently the tofu was not fermented and lectin lock doesnt appear to be entirely successful against soy lectinsso for my indepth review just a heads up this is lengthy
