I had measured my renault twingo steering wheel and 38cm was the size required and this fitted very well nice and tight but enough give in the leather to get it on the wheel without resorting to spoon handles

This wheel cover sounded and looked good quality so i ordered on may 11 and it was with me 12 days later from china way quicker than stated at time of order
