Pros
They are comfy and thin, which is what i wanted for my leather boots. Thick insoles always cause heel lift and slip for me. The leather feels great with bare feet. They add just the right amount of cushion and grip.

Since someone mentioned that they run small i ordered 2 sizes up and trimmed them to fit

I added these to my size 12 moc toe boots thankfully i read some reviews first and so i ordered a 13 and even the 13 has a tiny little bit of wiggle room but a 12 would have been way too small

Just make sure you order at least 1 full size up not half size especially in the mens sizes i cant speak for the womens sizes
