Pros & Cons
Pros
It's simple to use, and it made repairing my black leather items a breeze. Sticky and has stayed on my the corner of my couch. Bought this to cover up a small tear on a leather couch. Used this to repair multiple cracks in john deere tractor seat.
I suppose there are ways to adjust the color to better match the repaired fabric, but the repair will still be noticeable because of its thickness.
The leather tape adheres very well, and stays on even through several months of daily use. The adhesive sticks well, the color is a perfect match and the texture (matte) resembles the original.
Cons
Reverted back to using black duct tape.
The product looks good and appears durable but the adhesive is mediocre at best. Don't waste your money and don't risk damaging your leather.
Just thick rubberized tape. It rolls up at the end constantly. The adhesion of this craft leather is not as expected.
