Just under a year of my purchase though part of the stitching to one of the zippers started coming undone so i contacted support and without any issues they stated they will be sending me out a new bag to replace the one that has the defect

Unfortunately the button snapped off yesterday and the leather strap was only hanging on by one button

It did have an odd musty smell when i first got it but it faded within about a week
