Pros & Cons
Pros
Good for older preschoolers ages 3 to 5. Great for any little techys like my son who loves jumping on my laptop or tablet. Our 3yo loves this, she totes it all over the house.
It shows kids how to write each letter step by step and is thoughtfully designed. There's a button inside the puzzle space that can be pressed. They love the feedback they get from pushing the letters, and love to draw on the magnetic drawing pad.
I like that its teaching the names of the letter and their phonics sounds. He now knows which letter stands for some of his favorite things like t for tmnt, s for sonic, m for mom, etc.
Cons
It is a big device, noisy as * even in the lower volume setting.
This learning toy is not fir them! They are impossible for my 4 year old to get out. It is so heavy you won’t want your kid to carry it as a bag pack.
