Hands-free tracking is the way to go when it comes to vr. I wish its tracking was a bit smoother. I think it might be better to have multiple ones setup and configured for a 3d scene scanning so it can truly calculate distance.
Game changer. There are a few really awesome apps, and paying $80 bucks to see how awesome this thing is, is worth it. But there really aren't enough apps yet for it.
A little testy in low light or varied lighting (read onstage lighting) fast and accurate, well-packaged. Very impressive. Recently, after watching an instagram video (https://instagram. Com/instagram/), in my opinion.
Cons
Tracking is atrocious. No depth perception causes a large number of misreads and jumpy behavior. Oculus vr is much more intuitive.
Oh boy, where to start. Quite useless. Weak design overall. A disappointment from the beginning.

Before you judge its ability to track movements make sure you actually check out the visualizer in the control panel

Dont judge on the basis of a lot of the apps which dont always translate the hand movements as well as they could

It does tend to get confused any time your hands are very close together or fingers are blocking other fingers etc
